Instructions to access Win Loss statement:

1.  the EQC Mobile App 

2.  with your Players Club number on the EQC App.
    : member's DOB.

3. Tap on

4. Tap on Win / Loss Request and choose the year.

5. The statement will be emailed instantly to the player's email on file.

6. Click here if you need to update your email address on file.

7. Win Loss Statements and W2Gs are no longer available for pick-up or mailed unless you are requesting documents from prior to 2020. You must these documents from the EQC mobile App.
